Even picky eaters love this quick and easy casserole. Serve it with a side salad of your choice.
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. package tater tots
2 or 3 10 oz. cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 or 2 14 oz. cans vegetables, your choice
onion powder, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
shredded cheese, your choice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown the ground beef and drain off the grease. Season to taste.
Spread the ground beef in the bottom of a 2- to 2½-quart baking dish. Drain the liquid from the vegetables; spread vegetables over the meat.
Spread soups over the top of the vegetables and meat. Use the soup as is, straight from the can, no water needed. Arrange a layer of tater tots over the top.
Bake, uncovered 50 minutes.
Top with your favorite shredded cheese. Serve.
