Description
This warm sandwich will hit the spot on those cold winter days. They are quick and easy to make. Serve with a dill pickle and some chips.
Ingredients
- 10.5 oz. can beef consomme
- 1 c. water
- 1 lb. thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice open the hoagie rolls and lay out on a baking sheet.
- Heat beef consomme and water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat to make a rich beef broth.
