Why eat frozen pot pies when you can easily make your own. You control the ingredients and the taste is so much better.
Ingredients
- 4 carrots
- fresh corn, or frozen, if desired
- 1/2 c. peas
- 1 lb. chicken cutlets
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 T. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. chicken broth/stock
- 2 T. heavy cream
Steps
- Steam carrots and chop.
- Roast fresh corn, if desired, or just use frozen corn. Get peas ready.
- Grill chicken cutlets in a grill pan with salt and pepper. Cut into small pieces.
