Description
This potato chip crusted fish is made with the best sea salt and vinegar potato chips ever! They make the fish perfect, with a crunchy, salty, tangy and delicious breading.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh cod fish, cut into 4 fillets
- 3 oz. Kettle Brand Bakes Extra Crunchy Sea Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips
- 1/4 c. plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 T. light mayonnaise
- salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper; spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Season each side of the cod with salt and pepper; place on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the yogurt and mayonnaise.
