4-6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 t. curry powder
1 t. chicken seasoning/rub
1/2 t. lemon pepper
1/2 t. salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
Place chicken in a greased baking dish; set aside.
Melt butter in a small saucepan; add all remaining ingredients. Pour over the chicken; bake uncovered for 1 hour . Baste occasionally.
Shred the chicken and place it back into the sauce. Stir. Serve over rice or buttered egg noodles.
