These crescent rolls filled with scrambled eggs, Cheddar cheese and ham will start your day off right. If your family is in a hurry to get out the door, they make the perfect breakfast to take with you.
8 oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls
8 thin slices honey ham
2 large eggs, scrambled
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or your choice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Remove crescent dough from the tube. Separate at perforations; place crescent triangles onto a large cookie sheet.
Roll up each slice of ham; place 1 piece onto the wide end of each crescent. Top each ham slice with a little scrambled egg and 2 T. Cheddar cheese. Starting at the wide end, carefully roll up each crescent towards the point.
Bake 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
