Chili-Glazed Sea Bass

Description

Enjoy a healthy meal with this flaky white fish recipe. It is served with a yummy glaze that is easy to make and tastes so good.

Ingredients

2 - 6 oz. fillets of sea bass or any firm whitefish
salt, to taste
1/3 c. honey
2 T. Sriracha
1 T. Tamari, soy sauce, or coconut aminos
1 T. freshly squeezed lime juice

Adjust oven rack to the middle position; preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Remove fish from refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, Tamari, and lime juice; set aside.

Place fish on a rimmed baking sheet; season lightly with salt. Brush with a generous amount of the glaze, reserving some for serving.

Cook 12 - 14 minutes or until a cake tester can be inserted without any resistance.

Brush with more glaze; serve.
