Ingredients
- 2 - 6 oz. fillets of sea bass or any firm whitefish
- salt, to taste
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 T. Sriracha
- 1 T. Tamari, soy sauce, or coconut aminos
- 1 T. freshly squeezed lime juice
Steps
- Adjust oven rack to the middle position; preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Remove fish from refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, Tamari, and lime juice; set aside.
