Description
Make this delicious lasagna with a twist. These roll ups make a quick dinner that can be ready in less than an hour. They are filled with a creamy Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and chicken filling and then are topped with Alfredo sauce. Yum!
Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 c. Alfredo sauce, store bought or homemade, divided
- 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 T. Italian seasoning
- 1 t. garlic powder
- ¼ t. pepper
- ½ t. salt
- 2 c. shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken or left over chicken works great)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions in well salted boiling water, about 8-10 minutes
- Spread 1 c. Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
