Description

Pizza lovers- now you can have pizza for breakfast/brunch too. Crescent rolls topped with eggs, bacon and potatoes make it a delicious and satisfying breakfast that can also be enjoyed for lunch or dinner as well.

Ingredients

8 oz. package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. cubed potatoes or frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. chopped bacon, cooked or ham
1 c. your favorite shredded or grated cheese, or more if desired
3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles; place closely together in a circle on an un-greased 12 inch pizza pan, with points toward the center. Press together to form a crust. Bottom of crust should be sealed and outside edge should be slightly raised so that the beaten eggs don’t run off the edges.

Sprinkle bacon and other toppings over crust. Place potatoes on and then top with cheese.

Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over crust.

Bake until eggs are set, about 25 - 30 minutes.
