Description
This is a very simple dinner to make and can be ready in less than an hour. It's a delicious dinner that the whole family will love. Serve with a side salad.
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2-2 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 16 - 32 oz. container sour cream
- 16 oz. spaghetti sauce, your choice
- 1 onion, chopped or minced
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 oz. package crescent rolls
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 -12 oz. Cheddar cheese, sliced or shredded
- seasonings, to taste (salt, black pepper, Italian spices, oregano, thyme, parsley etc.)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Brown ground meat; discard grease. Add spaghetti sauce, garlic, onion; and preferred seasonings; heat.
- Place meat mixture in bottom of pan; layer sour cream over meat; spread the Cheddar cheese. Open the crescent rolls, pinch sides together, and layer over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
