Ingredients

• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 c. crushed buttery round cracker crumbs
• 1⁄2 t. garlic salt
• freshly ground black pepper
• 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
• 1⁄2 c. butter, cut into pieces

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
2. Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
3. Place eggs and cracker crumbs in 2 separate, shallow bowls. Mix cracker crumbs with garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper.
