Description
Instead of crab cakes, try these crab bombs. They are easy to make at home and less expensive too. Serve them as an appetizer or the main dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 t. yellow mustard
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice
- 2 T. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 t. Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- melted butter
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place crabmeat in a mixing bowl, picking any shell fragments out; add crushed crackers, Old Bay Seasoning, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, combine egg, mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; whip with a whisk until smooth.
