A truly different way to serve your spaghetti. Serve it with a side salad and Texas garlic toast.
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
4 oz. six- cheese Italian blend, shredded, then divided
5 T. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 T. butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 5. dried basil
1/2 t. dried oregano
8 oz. thin spaghetti
1 1/2 homemade or store-bought spaghetti sauce
Stir eggs, 1/2 of the Italian cheese blend, 4 T. of the Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic, basil and oregano in a large bowl. Stir in cooked spaghetti sauce. Place in a 9 inch pie plate that been lightly coated with spray. Top with the remaining cheese blend. Spread spaghetti sauce over the top almost to the edges and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minute. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top. Cut into wedges. Serve immediately.
