Description
There is no need to buy that boxed dinner when you can easily make a quick meal from scratch. You will be in control of all of the ingredients, it is much better for you, and it tastes much better!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef (or any ground meat like pork, turkey, etc. or mixture)
- ½ c. seasoned breadcrumbs
- ½ onion, finely minced
- 1 egg
- ½ T. salt
- ½ T. pepper
- 2 T. canola oil
- 2 c. beef stock/broth
- 2 c. milk
- ½ T. salt
- ½ T. pepper
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 c. egg noodles
- 1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ c. freshly chopped parsley
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper, mixing until evenly combined.
- Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
- Make/roll meatballs the size of golf balls from the meat mixture. Place them into the pot; cook 1 minute; flip the meatballs.
