Make your burgers even better and easier by making these sliders. They are so tasty and yummy, you will make this dish often.
Ingredients
- Sliders:
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. pepper
- 1 t. mustard powder
- ½ t. smoked paprika
- 2 c. diced onion from about 1 medium onion
- 3 -4 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 oz. can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
- 12 slices Cheddar cheese
- 12 dinner rolls or buns
- Glaze:
- ½ c. (1 stick) butter
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T. mustard
- 1 T. sesame seeds
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place a large skillet on the stove over high heat. When the pan is hot, add the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, mustard powder, and paprika; add onion and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until meat is browned and onions are golden. Drain off any grease and discard. Stir in drained tomatoes until combined.
- Slice dinner rolls in half; place bottom half of rolls in 9 x 13 baking dish; top with ground beef mixture and cheese slices. Place the top half of the bun on top.
