Kids, family and guests will love these pizza sticks. Serve them as an appetizer, lunch or even dinner with a side salad. They are quick and easy to prepare. Just be sure that you make enough, because they will be devoured in a flash!
1 can refrigerated classic pizza crust
1/3 c. Ranch dressing
2 c. shredded cooked chicken breast rotisserie is great for this)
1/3 c. cooked real bacon pieces (from a jar, a package or fried at home)
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend or your favorite
additional Ranch dressing, for dipping
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly grease a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Unroll pizza crust onto a cookie sheet; press to spread dough out in an even layer. Spread 1/3 c. dressing over dough. Spread chicken, bacon and half of the green onions over the dressing in even layers; top with cheese.
Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and cheese in center is bubbly.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with remaining green onions. Cool slightly. Cut into about 1 1/2-inch-wide strips.
Serve with additional dressing, for dipping.
