Those summer holidays are soon approaching and it's time for entertaining. If you don't have time to make ribs the traditional way, this is a great option. Make your own homemade BBQ sauce or use store bought, a few extra seasonings and its ready to go. S
Ingredients
- 2 c. BBQ sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3-4 T. cider vinegar
- 3 t. oregano
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T. cayenne pepper
- 1 T. chili powder
- 1 t. cayenne, optional (if you like heat)
- 3 lb. baby back pork ribs
- salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Place a slow cooker liner in the crock of a 6 quart slow cooker for easy clean up.
- Combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, cider vinegar, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and chili powder in a small bowl.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs using a piece of paper towel to grab it and peel it off.
