Prepare a delicious meal in a little more time than it takes to make an egg. It makes a healthy option for delicious breakfast or light lunch.
4 slices Panera® Multi-Grain Bread
2 oz. garlic and herb spreadable cheese, divided
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1 avocado, divided into quarters
4 eggs
Toast bread.
Spread 1/2 oz. cheese on each slice of toast.
Mash avocado; spread 1/4 of the mashed avocado on top of each slice of toast; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
In small non-stick skillet, fry eggs for 1 minute per side. Top each slice of toast with a fried egg.
