Description
With just a little effort and some time in your slow cooker, you can enjoy these delicious sweet and a little spicy beans. They are prepared with three different kinds of beans and lots of spices.
Ingredients
- (2) 14 oz. cans light red kidney beans, drained
- (2) 14 oz. cans Great Northern beans, drained
- (2) 14 oz. cans pork and beans, Do Not drain
- 2 small onions, diced small, about 1 1/4 c.
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 3 T. Cholula hot sauce
- 2 T. dDjon mustard
- 2 T. Mexican spice mix or taco seasoning
Steps
- Line a slow cooker with a slow cooker liner for easy clean up.
- Place all ingredients in the slow cooker; carefully stir; cook on High 4-5 hours or on Low 8-10 hours.
