Description

With just a little effort and some time in your slow cooker, you can enjoy these delicious sweet and a little spicy beans. They are prepared with three different kinds of beans and lots of spices.

Ingredients

  • (2) 14 oz. cans light red kidney beans, drained
  • (2) 14 oz. cans Great Northern beans, drained
  • (2) 14 oz. cans pork and beans, Do Not drain
  • 2 small onions, diced small, about 1 1/4 c.
  • 1/2 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 3 T. Cholula hot sauce
  • 2 T. dDjon mustard
  • 2 T. Mexican spice mix or taco seasoning

Steps

  1. Line a slow cooker with a slow cooker liner for easy clean up.
  2. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker; carefully stir; cook on High 4-5 hours or on Low 8-10 hours.
  3. Serve.
