Breadcrumb Topped Halibut

Description

Give yourself a treat and make a healthy white fish. It's delicious seafood and it is simple to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 c. panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 T. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 t. grated lemon rind
  • 1 t. minced garlic
  • 2 T. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 lb. Halibut fillets (cut the larger side into equal pieces)
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 T. butter, melted

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine panko, parsley, grated lemon rind, and garlic in a small bowl to make the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Place fillets on prepared baking pan; sprinkle evenly with Old Bay Seasoning. Spoon breadcrumb mixture evenly onto fillets, pressing down gently. Drizzle each with the melted butter.
