Give yourself a treat and make a healthy white fish. It's delicious seafood and it is simple to make.
Ingredients
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 c. panko breadcrumbs
- 2 T. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 t. grated lemon rind
- 1 t. minced garlic
- 2 T. Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 lb. Halibut fillets (cut the larger side into equal pieces)
- 1 t. salt
- 2 T. butter, melted
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a baking dish.
- Combine panko, parsley, grated lemon rind, and garlic in a small bowl to make the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place fillets on prepared baking pan; sprinkle evenly with Old Bay Seasoning. Spoon breadcrumb mixture evenly onto fillets, pressing down gently. Drizzle each with the melted butter.
