Try it, you'll like it! This roast is so fabulous and beyond easy to make. It's tender and juicy with the sweet balsamic sauce that makes it so flavorful.
3 lb. boneless center cut pork roast
1 c. chicken stock/broth
½ c. balsamic vinegar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. honey
½ t. red pepper flakes
½ t. Italian seasoning
1 t. freshly minced garlic
Place a crock pot liner in the crock for easy clean up.
Place pork roast in the crock pot, fat side up.
In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients; pour over the roast. Cook on Low 6-8 hours, or until done. (If possible, check it around 6 hours if you want to be abled to serve it sliced and not shredded.)
Remove pork roast and place on a platter; slice. Pour the juices/sauce in a bowl.
Serve with the balsamic sauce spooned on top of the roast.
