100% Angus Beef Foot Long Hot Dog
sliced ham
Swiss cheese
dill pickle slices
yellow mustard
bun to fit the foot long hot dog
Preheat a pan/skillet/griddle/BBQ grill.
Split the hot dog lengthwise, but not completely through. Place split side down in the preheated pan; let sear 3 minutes per side.
Slather yellow mustard on both open halves of the bun; place Swiss cheese, ham slices and hot dog on the bun; layer with another layer of Swiss cheese and then pickle slices.
Preheat a panini maker. (A waffle iron could also be used.)
Place closed bun with hot dog, cheese, pickles and mustard on the preheated panini maker, arranging it the best that you can so the ingredients don't fall out; press until crisp.
