Make a quick, delicious main dish in the oven in about 10 minutes. It's healthy with lots of protein, omega 3s and fatty acids. Serve it with rice or your favorite sides.
2 salmon filets
salt and pepper, to taste
olive oil
Sauce:
3 T. browned butter
freshly squeezed juice of half a lime
1 t. garlic
1 T. honey
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Season salmon filets with salt and pepper; drizzle with olive oil.
Place the salmon on the lined baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.
While salmon is baking, make the sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan; cook butter until melted and a golden brown color. Add garlic, lime juice and honey.
Serve salmon drizzled with the sauce on top and with rice, if desired.
