Description
This dish can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you like, serve it with eggs, any style. It's simple to prepare and so amazingly good.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. red potatoes
- 2 large bell peppers
- 1 1/2 onions
- 6 hot Italian turkey sausages, about 20 oz.
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. dried and crushed rosemary
- 1T. olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Clean and dry the vegetables; cut potatoes into ½ - ¾ inch pieces; cut onions and bell peppers into 1 inch pieces.
- Place veggies in a large bowl; toss with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt and pepper, to taste.
- Cut sausages into 5 - 6 pieces each; refrigerate.
