Bake a delicious, creamy and cheesy chicken with Ranch dressing seasoning. It can be on the table in about 45 minutes.
non-stick cooking spray
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1-oz. package Ranch seasoning/salad dressing mix
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Kosher salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/3 c. Panko breadcrumbs
2 T. chopped fresh parsley leaves, optional
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 × 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cheese, Ranch seasoning and garlic.
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, to taste.
Place chicken in a single layer onto prepared baking dish; top with mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with Panko breadcrumbs.
Bale until completely cooked through and golden brown on top, reaching an internal temperature of 175 degrees, about 25-30 minutes.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
