Spice up those Thanksgiving leftovers with these wonderful sliders. They are sweet and spicy with a spicy chili paste, fresh cranberry aioli, honey, turkey slices on sliders rolls.
Spicy Chili Paste:
1 T. cayenne
1 T. brown sugar
1/2 t. chili powder
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. paprika
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
Cranberry Aioli:
1/4 c. leftover fresh cranberry sauce
1/4 c. mayonnaise
leftover turkey slices
Sliders:
slider rolls
honey, for drizzling
Spicy Chili Paste:
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients.
Cranberry Aioli:
In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce and mayonnaise.
Sliders:
Gently reheat leftover turkey slices; brush liberally with the chili paste; place turkey onto slider rolls; drizzle with honey; top with cranberry aioli.
8-10 servings.
