Using store bought frozen meatballs makes this a fast and easy dish to make. They can be served as an appetizer or as the main dish.
14-oz. can whole-berry cranberry sauce
12-oz. jar chili sauce
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. water
2 T. reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 T. red wine vinegar
1 t. crushed red pepper flakes
2 - 20 to 24 oz. packages frozen turkey or beef meatballs
Place first seven ingredients in large stockpot; cook on medium heat for 5–6 minutes or until sauce is smooth and hot, stirring occasionally.
Stir in frozen meatballs; reduce heat to medium-low; cover; cook 15–18 minutes, stirring occasionally, and until meatballs are 165 degrees.
Serve.
16 servings.
These meatballs can also be prepared in a slow cooker.
