Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork tenderloins
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/3 c. apricot preserves
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 T. water
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 T. freshly grated fresh ginger
- green onion, for garnish
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Sprinkle salt on pork tenderloins; place tenderloins on a lightly greased rack in a foil-lined roasting pan.
- Combine preserves and next 4 ingredients; spread evenly over pork.
