This easy dinner takes the best of tacos and spaghetti and rolls them into one fantastic dish. This easy Taco Spaghetti just has a few simple ingredients, but has a big taste that the whole family will love.
1 T. olive oil
1/2 c. white onion, diced
1 T. garlic, minced
1 lb. ground beef
2 T. taco seasoning
10 oz. spaghetti
Rotel, 2 cans (20 oz.)
1 c. Mexican blend shredded cheese
2 T. cilantro, chopped

Heat oil in a skillet; add onion and garlic; cook for 2-3 minutes; add ground beef; season with taco seasoning; cook ground beef until browned.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a separate pot, cook spaghetti according to the package directions. When fully cooked, drain; return to the pot; add seasoned ground beef and Rotel to spaghetti; mix together well.
Place spaghetti in a casserole dish; top with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with cilantro. Serve.
