• 1/2 c. white onion, diced
• 1 T. garlic, minced
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 2 T. taco seasoning
• 10 oz. spaghetti
• Rotel, 2 cans (20 oz.)
• 1 c. Mexican blend shredded cheese
• 2 T. cilantro, chopped
