Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 1 oz. package Ranch dressing seasoning
- 4 oz. bacon (about 1/2 of a package), cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6-8 buns of choice
Steps
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker; top with cream cheese and seasoning packets.
- Cover; cook on low 6-8 hours, or until chicken shreds easily.
- Shred chicken inside the slow cooker using 2 forks; combine with the cream cheese and seasoning; add in the cooked bacon; stir to combine.
