Serve these delightful chicken sandwiches to your family or guests. They are easy to make and take just a few ingredients. Serve with your favorite sides.
1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz. package cream cheese
1 oz. package Ranch dressing seasoning
4 oz. bacon (about 1/2 of a package), cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6-8 buns of choice
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker; top with cream cheese and seasoning packets.
Cover; cook on low 6-8 hours, or until chicken shreds easily.
Shred chicken inside the slow cooker using 2 forks; combine with the cream cheese and seasoning; add in the cooked bacon; stir to combine.
Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top; cover; continue to cook on low until the shredded cheese has melted, about 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion. Serve on toasted buns.
