Every once in awhile you just need to change up your favorite recipes. This creamy spaghetti does just that, and is so good that you just may replace your old recipe with this one because it is so good.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. spaghetti pasta, cooked al dente and drained
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 24 oz. marinara spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. cottage or ricotta cheese
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cooked ground beef and spaghetti sauce.
