Make this your go to recipe to prepare salmon. It's so easy and clean up is a snap. It is very flavorful and is made with just 5 ingredients.
1 salmon filet
½ c. salted butter, melted
4 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
6-8 garlic cloves, crushed or minced
2 T. finely chopped fresh dill
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with sides with aluminum foil. Place the salmon in the middle of the foil.
Combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic and dill; whisk.
Pour butter mixture directly over salmon. Pull all sides of the aluminum foil up; pinch together, covering salmon completely. (or wrap the salmon first in parchment paper and then in foil)
Bake 15-20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
