It's too hot to make dinner in the oven, so make this awesome meal on the grill instead. It will become one of your favorite dinners that you will make many times because it is so easy and good. The steak turns out juicy and the baby potatoes turn out to
1 lb. sirloin, cut into into 1 inch pieces
2 T. chopped rosemary, divided
4 T. olive oil, divided
1 lb. baby Yukon gold potatoes, scrubbed
2 T. Dijon mustard, divided
steak sauce, for serving, optional
Preheat grill to medium-high. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes.
Toss steak with 2 T. olive oil and 1 T. rosemary; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Marinate while preparing the potatoes.
Place potatoes in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover; microwave on high until just tender, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside until cool enough to handle.
Toss with 2 T. olive oil, 1 T. rosemary and the mustard; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Thread steak and potatoes onto skewers.
Grill, turning occasionally, until steak is medium, 8 minutes.
Serve with steak sauce, if desired.
