These sandwiches are so amazingly good, you will want to eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They're a cross between garlic bread, sub sandwiches and pizza. Start with sub rolls and top them with garlic butter, pizza sauce, 2 different cheeses, seas
2 sub rolls
1/2 c. pizza sauce
1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
pepperoni, sausage, olives, mushrooms, your favorite toppings
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 t. onion powder
1 t. dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Split the sub rolls across the middle; spread pizza sauce evenly between each piece.
Sprinkle the bottoms of the sub rolls with Mozzarella cheese; put on favorite pizza toppings; top with Parmesan cheese; place the top halves of the sub rolls on the sandwich.
Stir together the butter, garlic, onion powder and parsley; spoon over the tops of the sandwiches.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the bread is toasty and the cheese has melted.
Serve immediately.
