This awesome snack would be a great party pleaser. They are crunchy, sweet and so addicting, make sure that you make enough for everyone to enjoy.
9 c. mini pretzels from about 1 bag
1½ c. cinnamon chips (in aisle by the chocolate chips)
6 T. unsalted butter
1 c. + 1 T. powdered sugar
½ c. + 1 t. granulated sugar
3 t. cinnamon
Pour pretzels in a very large bowl.
In a small bowl, combine both sugars and cinnamon; stir; set aside.
In a saucepan, slowly melt the butter on low heat. When the butter is almost melted, add the cinnamon chips; continually stir to combine, then let them finish off the heat.
Immediately dump over the pretzels. Using a large wooden spoon or rubber spatula, fold cinnamon mixture over pretzels until evenly coated. Quickly add the powdered sugar mixture; fold.
Spread out on parchment or wax paper to cool. Serve.
