non-stick cooking spray
8 oz. penne pasta (2 cups, uncooked)
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. Ranch dressing
1/3 c. hot sauce
2 c. cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken is great to use)
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
chopped green onions, for garnish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8 inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook penne pasta according to package directions.
In a bowl, stir together cream cheese, Ranch dressing and hot sauce until creamy.
Add shredded chicken, 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese and cooked pasta to the cream cheese mixture; stir to combine; spoon into the prepared casserole dish.
Combine remaining 2 cheeses; sprinkle over the top of the mixture.
Bake 20 minutes or until cheese on top is melted.
Remove from oven. Serve immediately garnished with green onions, hot sauce and Ranch dressing drizzles.
