Ingredients

14 oz. bag/box dried seasoned stuffing mix
1 sweet onion, diced
1/2 c. diced celery
2 - 10 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken broth/stock
1/2 t. ground sage
1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Spray a slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

Add stuffing mix, onion, celery, soup and chicken broth/stock to the slow cooker; stir to combine; sprinkle sage over the top. Lay the chicken breasts on top of the stuffing mixture; season with salt and pepper. Cover; cook on Low 4 hours 30 minutes or until chicken cooks through.

Shred the chicken with 2 forks in the crock or remove chicken to a cutting board and slice into small pieces.
Stir everything together.

Serve.
