Description
Warmer weather is coming soon, so it's time to fire up your grill. Use it to make a grilled flank steak full of Mexican flavors. Use it in tacos, burritos or serve it as the main dish with your favorite Mexican sides.
Ingredients
- 2 limes, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ c. orange juice
- 1 c. chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ t. salt
- ¼ t. black pepper
- ¼ c. olive oil
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 2 T. white vinegar
- 2 lb. flank steak
Steps
- In a gallon size resealable bag, combine fresh lime juice, garlic, orange juice, cilantro, salt, pepper, olive oil, jalapeno and vinegar; squish around to mix it up. (It can also be marinated in a shallow bowl.)
- Put the entire flank steak into the resealable bag; seal tightly, making sure all meat is exposed to the marinade, squishing the bag around to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
