This version of Chicken Cordon Bleu is really good and won't make you spend hours in the kitchen. It can be ready in about 1 hour so it makes the perfect meal for those busy weeknights. Serve with a salad and a vegetable, if desired.
8 oz. container chives and onion cream cheese
8 oz. package shredded Swiss cheese (2 c.), divided
3/4 c. milk
16.3 oz. can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated Original biscuits
2 c. chopped deli rotisserie chicken
1 c. diced cooked ham (about 8 oz.)
sliced green onions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 inch, 3 qt. baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In large microwavable bowl, mix cream cheese and 1 c. Swiss cheese; microwave uncovered on High 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds, until softened and cheese is starting to melt; add additional 30 second intervals as needed. Whisk in milk until almost smooth, mixture may still be slightly lumpy.
Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each one into sixths; gently stir into cream cheese mixture; stir in chicken and ham; spoon into prepared baking dish. Top with remaining 1 c. Swiss cheese.
Bake 35 - 40 minutes or until deep golden brown and biscuits are baked through.
Serve, sprinkled with green onions.

*You may want to only add half of the biscuits called for in the instructions or add 1 c. of milk instead of 3/4 c.
