The next time you want to make pork chops, grill them in a quick and easy to make marinade. It's made from 2 different mustards, honey, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic. It is packed with sweet and tangy flavors that are a great flavor combo.
4 - 6 oz. pork chops
Marinade:
1/4 c. honey
2 T. Dijon mustard
2 T. grainy mustard
2 T. apple cider vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
Mix together the marinade ingredients; marinate the pork chops in the refrigerator in the marinade mixture for 30 minutes to overnight.
Grill over medium-high heat until lightly golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.
If wanting to serve the pork chops with extra sauce, use just half of the marinade to marinate the pork chops and use the other half for serving.
4 servings.
*Option: Add 1 T. white miso paste to the marinade.
