There is no need to worry about your diet and points when eating these healthier meatballs. They are made with turkey sausage, 2% cheese and reduced fat Bisquick.
1 lb. Kraft Cracker Barrell 2% cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix
1 lb. Jennie-o Italian lean turkey sausage, hot
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray baking sheets.
Mix all ingredients well; roll into 60-70 sausage balls.
Bake for 13-15 minutes.
