2 - 16.3 oz. cans refrigerated biscuits, quartered
6 oz. pepperoni, quartered
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded or grated
1/4 c. butter, melted and slightly cooled
2 T. olive oil
2 t. Italian seasoning
2 t. minced garlic (or 1/2 t. garlic powder)
warmed marinara sauce, for dipping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients, except for marinara sauce; toss until well combined.
Pour mixture into a greased 10 inch Bundt pan or a 9x13 inch baking dish.* Bake for 35-45 minutes or until rolls are cooked on the inside; cover with foil after 20 minutes or until top is browned, checking every 5 minutes towards the end of cooking to check for doneness.
Remove from oven; loosen edges of bread with a knife; invert Bundt pan onto a serving plate or platter so that the pretty side is up.
Serve, pulling apart and dipping in warm marinara sauce.
8 servings.
*Cooking time will be shorter in a 9x13 inch baking dish, around 30 minutes.
