Description
This recipe will become you go to recipe when you want a comforting, satisfying and delicious whole meal without a lot of fuss or preparation. Make it in the slow cooker and go about your day, or make it in the oven.
Ingredients
- non-stick cooking spray
- 32 oz. bag frozen tater tots
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 c. mixed vegetables, fresh or frozen (or left overs)
- 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. dry mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Steps
- Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until no pink remains; discard fat.
- In a bowl, mix together soup, milk, garlic powder, dry mustard, salt and pepper; set aside.
- Line the crock of a 4 qt. slow cooker with a slow cooker liner for easy clean up. Spray the inside of the liner with a non-stick cooking spray.
