Your whole family including the kids will love this easy chicken casserole. It's like a delicious pot pie, only easier.
2 c. rotisserie chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
15 oz. can of favorite veggies, drained, like peas and carrots
1 box Jiffy mix cornbread, with ingredients as directed on the box
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Stir together chicken, soup and veggies in a bowl; pour into a 9 inch glass Pyrex pie dish or similar baking dish.
Stir cornbread ingredients together according to box directions; pour over chicken and veggie mix. Bake for 30 minutes.
*You may want to place a sheet of aluminum foil underneath the baking dish in the oven to catch possible spills.
