non-stick cooking spray
4 c. chopped chicken from 1 rotisserie chicken
10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
10.75 oz. can cream of celery soup
10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 t. onion powder
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. black pepper
1 c. water
1 c. milk
2 c. instant/minute rice, uncooked
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated or Kraft brand)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13 inch baking pan/dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
Remove and discard skin from rotisserie chicken; remove meat from bones; chop.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of soups, onion and garlic powders, pepper, water, milk and raw rice. Pour into the prepared pan. Top with grated cheese.
Bake uncovered for 40 - 50 minutes.
6-8 servings.
