Ingredients
- non-stick cooking spray
- 4 c. chopped chicken from 1 rotisserie chicken
- 10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 10.75 oz. can cream of celery soup
- 10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 t. onion powder
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. instant/minute rice, uncooked
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated or Kraft brand)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13 inch baking pan/dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- Remove and discard skin from rotisserie chicken; remove meat from bones; chop.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of soups, onion and garlic powders, pepper, water, milk and raw rice. Pour into the prepared pan. Top with grated cheese.
