Not sure what to do with all of those holiday leftovers? You don't need to be eating the same meal over and over again. Make it into a brand new complete meal that can be ready in a little over an hour.
5 T. olive oil, divided
1 prepared pizza dough ball (about 1 1/2 lb.), at room temperature
½ c. cranberry sauce
2 T. chopped fresh rosemary or other favorite herb
½ c. bleu cheese crumbles, feta or favorite cheese
6-7 oz. ham, slices
1 c. cooked stuffing, roasted potatoes, or mashed potatoes
5 oz. cooked green beans (about 1 ½ c.) or other veggie
4-5 oz. mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper; coat with 2 T. oil.
Roll out and stretch dough onto baking sheet, just to the edges. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1 inch border; top the sauce with fresh rosemary; sprinkle on bleu cheese. Place ham all over the cranberry sauce. Spread stuffing/roasted potatoes/mashed potatoes over the ham. Add green beans on top of stuffing. Scatter mozzarella over green beans.
Roll dough into a log, starting from the long side, using parchment paper to help. Pinch dough closed along the seam and ends; place stromboli seam side down on the baking sheet. Brush stromboli with remaining oil; sprinkle on salt and pepper.
Bake until crust is brown, 50-60 minutes; brush with 1 more T. oil; bake another 5 minutes.
Transfer to wire rack; cool 10 minutes before slicing.
