1 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
14 oz. canned whole kernel corn, drained
14 oz. canned diced tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
16 oz. kidney beans, drained
16 oz. pinto beans, drained
1 T. cumin
2 t. garlic powder
2 t. paprika
1 t. onion powder
1 t. salt
1 t. black pepper
3 c. water
In a large stockpot or Dutch oven, brown ground beef; discard excess grease.
Add remaining ingredients; stir until well incorporated. Simmer on medium heat for 45 minutes.
Serve.
