This healthy main dish will be a complete success when serving it to your family. It's easy to do, delicious and can be on your table in less than 30 minutes. Serve it with your favorite sides.
1 salmon filet
1/2 c. salted butter, melted
4 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
8 garlic cloves, crushed
2 T. finely chopped fresh dill
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a rectangular or square baking dish with aluminum foil, with foil hanging over all sides. Place salmon in the middle of the baking dish.
Melt butter in a glass measuring cup; combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic and dill; whisk together; pour directly over salmon. Pull sides and ends of the foil up to the middle; pinch together to close, covering the salmon completely.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily.
