Description
Just place all of these ingredients in the crockpot and let it do the work. It's an easy and delicious meal to serve any day of the week.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. baby cut carrots
- 1 lb. small red potatoes, cut into quarters
- 1 jar medium sliced, drained mushrooms
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges
- 24 oz. frozen meatballs, thawed add (the amount you want)
- 1 jar beef gravy
- 1 cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- In a crockpot, layer in order given above. Cover. Cook on Low setting for 8-10 hours.
- 6-8 servings.
- *This can be made in advance, even overnight. When finished the next morning, put it in a covered container and refrigerate. When ready to serve, heat it up in the microwave until hot.
